Product Structure

The carbon crystal board is a functionally upgraded panel based on ordinary wood veneer boards. In addition to superior environmental friendliness compared to traditional wood veneers, it offers higher wear resistance, better impact resistance, and enhanced decorative appeal.

*The first layer is the protective layer, a transparent protective film made of PVC material.
*The second layer is the surface film layer, which uses specialized water-based PVC film, PP scratch-resistant film, or PET-G high-gloss film. It features a wide variety of colors and patterns with exquisite and realistic textures.
*The third and seventh layers are the light-curing layers, whose main function is to ensure better adhesion between the carbon crystal board and the film.
*The fourth dand sixth layers are the PP co-extrusion skin layers, which function to protect the board from deformation and prevent the substrate from showing through the film.
*The fifth layer is the carbon crystal layer. It is formed by high-temperature pressing and extrusion of materials such as bamboo charcoal powder, resin, and polymers. It has a stable honeycomb hexagonal molecular structure, which is more stable than a triangular structure.

a. Rich Surface Patterns, Strong Decorative Appeal, and Wide Application
The carbon crystal board is produced using a double-sided co-extrusion process. The substrate is covered with patterned films such as wood grain, fabric texture, solid colors, stone grain, metal (brushed metal), glass, and matte finishes using PUR hot melt adhesive technology. The wide variety of patterns and colors can meet various decorative styles for residential and commercial spaces.

b. Short Customization Cycle, Easy Installation, and High Cost-Effectiveness
Compared to traditional wood veneers, the carbon crystal board has a shorter customization cycle, typically around 3-7 days. It features a buckle-type structure, modular installation, fast construction, easy installation, and a short construction period, making it an excellent choice for commercial spaces with tight renovation schedules.

c. Strong Stain Resistance, Wear and Scratch Resistance, Moisture and Flame Retardant
The carbon crystal board has high hardness and wear resistance, making it difficult to scratch or wear. Its smooth surface does not easily absorb dirt, has certain waterproof properties, and is easy to clean and maintain, ensuring long-lasting aesthetics.

d. Grooveable and Bendable, Enabling Various Unique Shapes
The height and width of the carbon crystal board can be arbitrarily cut and adjusted. On-site grooving and bending can be done to wrap around wall corners and columns, achieving various unique shapes.

PRODUCTION Process:

1.Wall Preparation
Level the wall surface by using plywood or wooden strips (furring) as a base. When using wooden strips (furring) for leveling, ensure the spacing between the strips is not too large.
2.Installing the Carbon Crystal Board
Apply structural adhesive to the back of the carbon crystal board. The application method involves applying adhesive in straight horizontal and vertical lines around the perimeter of the board, with an adhesive thickness of approximately 1cm.
3.Wall Alignment
Use a spirit level to check that the edge of the board is parallel to the horizontal line. If not, move the board to adjust its parallelism, then evenly tap the carbon crystal board with a rubber mallet to make it adhere tightly to the wall.
4.Embedding Metal Trim Strips
After the first board is fixed, embed a metal trim strip into the side of the board and secure it with F25 staple nails. Then proceed to install the second board adjacent to it. If tongue and groove joints have been pre-machined on the carbon crystal boards, they can be joined directly without the need for metal trim strips for finishing.
